Is it necessary to provide your data?

Guests undergo such registration not only with us, but also in all hotels in Russia. The new registration rules have been in effect since 2019. We must comply with the law. Otherwise, we risk getting large fines for violating registration requirements. For foreigners, hotel registration does not affect the main registration in the Russian Federation

Up to what age are children staying at the hotel

Children under the age of 6 without providing the main place are accommodated without payment

Is it possible to register only one person if the room is booked for two?

We are obliged to register all the guests who stay with us.
We expect to accept as many adults and children as you indicated when booking a room on the website.

Will photocopies of documents be suitable?

No, we will ask you to show the original documents for all the guests.

What if I refuse to provide the documents?

According to the law, we have no right to accept you without documents. We will have to refuse you to check in without a refund for the booking.
