Payment

By bank card

To select payment for the goods using a bank card, click the Order Payment by bank card button on the corresponding page. Payment is made through SBERBANK PJSC using bank cards of the following payment systems:

The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. Cashless payment

You will receive a booking confirmation and a receipt for payment at the bank. The receipt must be paid within 3 banking days.

Bank card guarantee

You specify the credit card details that will be received by the hotel to guarantee the booking and receive a confirmation by email.

When checking in

By choosing this payment method, you do not make an advance payment for the reservation. Get a booking confirmation to the email address you provided when booking and present it at check-in.

Other

If your bank supports the technology of secure Internet payments Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can check the methods and the possibility of obtaining passwords for making online payments with the bank that issued the card.

Cancellation of reservation

Cancellation conditions depend on the fare:

Irrevocable
In case of prepayment, free cancellation of the reservation is not possible. In case of cancellation, 100% of the prepayment amount will be charged.

Standard
In case of prepayment, free cancellation of the reservation is not possible. If the booking is cancelled, the cost of the first day will be charged.

Long stay of 3 or more days
If more than 14 days before check-in, there will be no fine.

Long stay of 7 days or more
You can cancel your order at least 14 days before arrival.

Long stay of 20 days or more
You can cancel your order at least 14 days before arrival

Return

In case of the possibility of a refund according to the tariff, we will refund you the money for the payment method that you used when registering. The period can reach 3-10 working days.
