Upon arrival
Register and get a room key. We will ask you to fill out the guest card if you have not passed the online check-in in advance.
On departure
On the day of departure, we ask you to return the key to the reception no later than the check-out time so that we can clean up and prepare the room for the next guests.
Early check-in to the Novgorod Hotel and Apartments is possible:
- Subject to availability
- For an additional fee: from 06.00 to 09.00 – 2000 rubles; from 09.01 to 12.00 – 1000 rubles;
Late check-in is possible:
- Subject to availability
- For an additional fee:
To the Apartments
- from 21.00 to 23.59 – 1000 rubles;
- from 00.00 to 02.00 – 2000 rubles;
To the Novgorod hotel
- from 00.00 to 02.00 – 2000 rubles;
Late check-out from the Novgorod Hotel and Apartments is possible:
- If there are no other guests following you the next night.
- For an additional fee, by agreement from 1000 rubles.
